What is CENTRANET?
CENTRANET is an ISP billing and network management platform for internet businesses across Kenya, East Africa and Africa. It brings subscriber records, Hotspot and PPPoE services, invoices, payment-provider integrations and reviewed MikroTik provisioning into one workspace.
Can I run it under my own brand?
Yes. Configure your business name, logo and colours for supported workspace and customer-portal surfaces. Optional custom-domain add-ons let you use your own address after ownership and connection checks. The white-label guide explains what to prepare.
Can customers pay through M-Pesa or Paystack?
Payment integrations are configured per workspace. Availability depends on the chosen provider, your credentials and the payment methods supported on your account. Verified payments can trigger access changes; the router must confirm installation before access is treated as delivered.
Does one command configure my MikroTik?
The generated command installs the agent and starts discovery. Clear customer ports can be assigned automatically; ambiguous or conflicting settings pause for review. Configuration is backed up and verified. RouterOS 7.20+ and a working internet connection are required; subscriber internet access needs a separate test.
Is CENTRANET suitable for resellers?
Reseller accounts organise multiple ISP businesses with separate workspaces and customer contexts. Published reseller pricing includes an activated-ISP allowance and a clearly priced additional-ISP charge. Retail offers and accepted terms belong to the reseller.
