Turn a verified payment into a service update
Paystack checkout supports customer payment journeys, including Hotspot purchases and invoice payments. The backend checks the transaction reference, amount and currency before crediting the account.
Successful payment then requests the appropriate subscriber entitlement. The system tracks the router acknowledgement separately so a paid invoice is not mistaken for a working internet connection.

Choose a gateway with the right fit
Kenyan operators use different collection arrangements: M-Pesa Paybill, Till and other payment services. Review the provider entry in your workspace for supported flows, required credentials and current availability.
Select and validate the gateway before activating it. A provider listed in the catalogue is not necessarily configured for your account. Platform-managed collection additionally depends on approved fees, settlement terms and payout credentials.

Keep customers informed
Use the configured SMS provider for account credentials, payment instructions and service notifications. Onfon configuration includes the API credentials and an approved sender identity.
Review the recipient and the message before a manual send. Delivery evidence matters: a gateway accepting a message is different from confirmation that it reached the handset.

Connect routers and customer portals
MikroTik agents contact CENTRANET over authenticated outbound HTTPS for setup and subscriber operations. Domain connections use Cloudflare by default, with alternative adapters and DNS assistance available when configured.
Customer equipment management depends on the exact device, firmware and supported management protocol. A Tenda or Huawei label alone does not establish remote management compatibility.

Need a provider that is not ready yet?
Use the integration request option to share the provider name, the flow you need and a link to its API documentation. Keep production secrets in the protected credential configuration rather than the request text.
A useful request explains whether you need collection, settlement, SMS delivery or another action. That makes support and verification requirements clearer before an integration is activated.

No. Availability depends on the adapter, your provider account, required credentials and validation. Check the workspace integration status before advertising a payment method.
Can I use multiple active payment gateways at once?
The workspace configuration selects one active gateway for a payment category at a time. Review the supported settings before switching a live collection flow.
Does CENTRANET store a customer’s card PIN or M-Pesa PIN?
Customers complete payment authentication with the payment provider. Never ask customers to send a payment PIN through support messages or account forms.
