Authorized operations
Manage only networks, routers, domains, payment accounts, subscriber records and social accounts that you own or are authorized to administer. Do not bypass workspace boundaries, impersonate another organization, share stolen credentials or attempt to elevate your permissions.
You are responsible for required ISP licences, lawful interception or disclosure duties, spectrum permissions and your local telecommunications rules. Centranet access does not grant any licence to sell internet services.
Network and platform abuse
Do not use the service for malware, denial-of-service attacks, credential theft, unauthorized scanning, interception, fraud, deceptive payment pages or other unlawful conduct. Do not deliberately disrupt another tenant’s service or evade technical and billing controls.
Network filtering, session limits and traffic policies must be lawful, proportionate and supported by your subscriber arrangements. Do not use diagnostic or remote-access features to inspect data or devices outside your authority.
Messaging and marketing
Record an appropriate, reviewable outreach basis before sending marketing. Respect applicable consent, sender-identification and electronic-communications requirements, channel-specific permissions, suppression lists and unsubscribe requests. A scraped address, purchased list or publicly visible telephone number is not proof of consent.
Do not send deceptive promotions, phishing, unsolicited verification codes, impersonation, illegal offers or campaigns designed to evade a provider’s limits. Do not rotate identities or gateways to contact recipients who opted out. You are responsible for the accuracy of claims, approved templates and rights to supplied media.
Content and personal data
Do not upload unlawful, infringing or exploitative content, expose another person’s private credentials, or process personal data without a lawful basis. Collect only information needed for the intended service and protect it through appropriate roles and retention rules.
You must have rights to logos, product images, articles and other content you publish. Do not treat public search results or an assistant’s output as proof of copyright permission or accuracy.
Automation and fair resource use
Use documented interfaces and configured rate limits. Do not deliberately bypass protective limits, create unnecessary polling loops or repeatedly submit duplicate charges and configuration commands. “Unlimited” plan items refer to the stated account allowance, not unrestricted abusive processing, messaging or infrastructure consumption.
Where usage risks shared service stability, we may discuss optimization, proportionate technical limits or a more suitable arrangement. A material commercial change requires disclosure under the applicable contract; this policy is not a basis for hidden retroactive charges.
Testing and enforcement
Security testing requires permission for its scope and must avoid other customers’ data and service disruption. See Security & Reporting for how to report a vulnerability.
We may investigate credible misuse, preserve relevant evidence and proportionately restrict affected functionality. Urgent protective action may occur without prior notice. Where lawful and practicable, we explain the issue, allow remediation and provide a contact route to dispute the action. Accounts remain subject to the contractual suspension and termination provisions.
