ISP billing software · DR Congo

Prepare your Congolese ISP for a connected workflow.

Organise CDF subscriber packages and MikroTik operations in Centranet. Review current payment integration availability before planning automated collection for your business in DR Congo.

    Made for your workflow

Check CDF support before taking payments

CDF workspace billing does not itself activate a payment processor. If no implemented CDF collection route is listed below, request the provider integration before advertising automatic online checkout.

    Made for your workflow

Build the service side while payments are prepared

Organise customers, assign packages and review your router onboarding plan. Keep the payment launch dependent on a supported, approved route and a verified transaction so customers know what to expect.

    Connect your business

    Payment integrations for DR Congo.

These collection adapters support your workspace currency. Your provider must approve your business, country and payment channels before activation.

Customer communications, with the right route.

Email is the default for account onboarding. International SMS adapters can be configured with your own provider account after confirming coverage for +243 numbers and sender registration.

SMS adapter availability does not guarantee delivery in every network. Confirm destination coverage and sender approval with your chosen provider.

    Good questions. Clear answers.

    Let’s clear
    a few things up.

A little clarity goes a long way.

    Ask us something else
Can I bill internet subscribers in CDF?

Yes. Choose DR Congo during registration to use CDF for workspace subscriber billing. Online collection in this currency still requires a new provider integration; contact us before planning a payment launch. Centranet software subscription invoices are currently issued in KES; these are separate from your subscribers’ bills.

Can I use Centranet’s payment account in DR Congo?

Use your own supported merchant account for collections today. Platform-managed cross-border collections and payouts are not yet activated for this country. A provider’s advertised coverage does not itself enable your account.

Will I receive an SMS when I create my workspace?

Account onboarding uses email outside Kenya. Check your spam or junk folder if your verification email is not in your inbox. Customer SMS campaigns require a separately configured provider with destination and sender approval.

Can I use my own name, logo and customer portal?

Yes. Workspace branding, customer portals and reseller options are available according to your subscription. Optional white-label and custom-domain charges are shown on the pricing page.
