    Illustrative account structure

    01

An individual workspace for every ISP

Create a child ISP draft with its business name and intended owner. Share the private invitation with that owner so they can sign in and accept it using the invited identity.

The workspace relationship keeps onboarding organised without assuming that a draft is already trading. Owner acceptance, commercial activation and network setup are recorded separately.

    • Named child ISP workspaces
    • Owner acceptance through scoped invitations
    • Invitation replacement and revocation controls

    02

    Make the commercial relationship clear

Present the seller identity and retail terms that apply to the customer. Before a paid add-on is activated, the customer should be able to review its currency, quoted price and billing conditions.

Use the current pricing information as the starting point for conversations about running costs. Gateway processing, messaging and optional domain services can have separate charges.

    03

A branded start for your customers

Help each ISP choose its workspace identity, publish understandable packages and prepare the customer portal. Optional custom hostnames give the business a more recognisable address.

A polished portal is only one part of onboarding. Complete the payment configuration and router checks before asking an ISP to launch paid access.

    Build a branded customer experience

    04

    A practical handover

Agree who manages billing, DNS, network configuration and customer support. That clarity matters when the first router comes online or a customer needs help renewing.

Use the provisioning guide with the new ISP owner. Review existing accounts, management access and customer ports together, then verify service with a test device before opening sales.

    Good questions. Clear answers.

    Let’s clear
    a few things up.

A little clarity goes a long way.

    Ask us something else
Does creating a child workspace start billing?

Creating a draft does not itself activate a contract, start a billing period or configure a router. Review the recorded activation state and applicable terms.

Can a reseller automatically manage every child router?

The workspace relationship does not itself grant access to a child ISP network. Access depends on the permissions and operational setup assigned to that workspace.

Can a child ISP use its own branding?

The workspace can use its own business identity and portal branding. Custom domains are optional and require the applicable add-on and connection checks.
