Email is the default for account onboarding. International SMS adapters can be configured with your own provider account after confirming coverage for +260 numbers and sender registration.
SMS adapter availability does not guarantee delivery in every network. Confirm destination coverage and sender approval with your chosen provider.

Ask us something elseCan I bill internet subscribers in ZMW?
Yes. Choose Zambia during registration to use ZMW for workspace subscriber billing. Connect a supported, approved merchant account before accepting online payments. Centranet software subscription invoices are currently issued in KES; these are separate from your subscribers’ bills.
Can I use Centranet’s payment account in Zambia?
Use your own supported merchant account for collections today. Platform-managed cross-border collections and payouts are not yet activated for this country. A provider’s advertised coverage does not itself enable your account.
Will I receive an SMS when I create my workspace?
Account onboarding uses email outside Kenya. Check your spam or junk folder if your verification email is not in your inbox. Customer SMS campaigns require a separately configured provider with destination and sender approval.
Can I use my own name, logo and customer portal?
Yes. Workspace branding, customer portals and reseller options are available according to your subscription. Optional white-label and custom-domain charges are shown on the pricing page.
