Build a clearer subscriber journey in Senegal.

Organise whole-XOF internet packages, MikroTik access and customer renewals with your own business identity. Check supported payment routes and use an approved merchant account for the channels you offer.

    Keep payment coverage country-specific

Sharing XOF with another country does not automatically enable the same provider route in Senegal. Use the country-specific options below and confirm account activation with the selected provider.

Make French renewal guidance easy to follow

Write a short package description, a clear renewal instruction and a visible support contact. International account verification is sent by email; customer SMS uses your separately configured provider.

    Let’s clear
    a few things up.

A little clarity goes a long way.

    Ask us something else
Can I bill internet subscribers in XOF?

Yes. Choose Senegal during registration to use XOF for workspace subscriber billing. Connect a supported, approved merchant account before accepting online payments. Centranet software subscription invoices are currently issued in KES; these are separate from your subscribers’ bills.

Can I use Centranet’s payment account in Senegal?

Use your own supported merchant account for collections today. Platform-managed cross-border collections and payouts are not yet activated for this country. A provider’s advertised coverage does not itself enable your account.

Will I receive an SMS when I create my workspace?

Account onboarding uses email outside Kenya. Check your spam or junk folder if your verification email is not in your inbox. Customer SMS campaigns require a separately configured provider with destination and sender approval.

Can I use my own name, logo and customer portal?

Yes. Workspace branding, customer portals and reseller options are available according to your subscription. Optional white-label and custom-domain charges are shown on the pricing page.
