Build a consistent ISP identity
A practical white-label launch checklist.
A memorable internet brand is built from the details customers meet every day. Use this guide to connect your portal, packages, support identity and optional custom domain.
01
1. Prepare your customer-facing identity
Use a readable logo and a short business name that matches your customer communications. Choose colours with enough contrast for package prices and important buttons on mobile screens.
Set a support contact that customers can actually reach. Write plain service terms covering package validity, speed limits and the help available if a payment or connection is delayed.
02
2. Organise packages around customer choices
Name offers by the value or duration they provide. Put price, validity and speed close together so the customer does not have to search through promotional text to compare them.
Publish only offers that are ready on the intended router. Open the actual captive portal from a test device and review the full selection and login experience.

3. Decide whether you need a custom address
The default portal gives you a starting address. If you choose the optional domain add-on, review its current quote and use a dedicated subdomain where practical.
The company that registered the domain may not manage its DNS. Find the authoritative DNS provider, enter the exact issued records and preserve existing website and email entries.

4. Verify the complete customer journey
Wait for ownership, routing, delivery-provider, HTTPS and workspace checks before treating a custom portal as live. Then test account login and any invitations or password-reset links you use.
Complete a supported payment and check the subscriber account on the serving router. Review the sender identity and content of your SMS messages so a customer recognises your business when a notification arrives.

5. Make the handover understandable
If you resell the platform, state who provides the service, who invoices the customer and who handles network support. Keep the accepted retail terms available to the workspace owner.
Document the portal address, DNS responsibility and recovery contact. A clear handover helps the customer keep their brand working as their team and network grow.

Let’s clear
a few things up.
A little clarity goes a long way.
Ask us something elseWhat does white labelling mean for an ISP?
It means presenting supported customer-facing experiences under your business identity, such as your logo, portal colours, offers and optional domain. Check the exact branding surfaces and commercial terms available in your plan.
Does a verified domain prove payments and Wi-Fi work?
No. Domain checks establish the address and portal connection. Payment, subscriber authentication and internet traffic need their own tests.
Should I replace my main website domain?
A dedicated portal subdomain is usually easier to manage alongside an existing website and email. Apply only the DNS records issued for the chosen hostname.
