Usage charges follow dated activity records. Suspended or deleted PPPoE accounts stop accruing active-account usage. Offline routers remain registered until removed. Voucher redemption alone is not a receipt; record voucher sales once.
We warn you at 80% and 100% of included allowances. Crossing an allowance does not disconnect subscribers. White-label features require the matching active subscription or add-on.

Your trial starts when you verify your email and confirm workspace setup. Your plan includes SMS credits. Additional usage, payment-provider fees and optional domains are charged separately.
Eligible new, verified ISP and white-label reseller owners receive the available trial when they complete onboarding. The current trial duration is shown with each plan. No card is required to start the trial, and no payment method is automatically debited. Payment-provider, SMS and optional domain charges are separate. The current offer is confirmed during setup.
Which plan is right for me?
Choose Direct ISP when you operate one ISP business. Choose Reseller when you want to sell ISP workspaces under your own brand and manage a portfolio of ISP businesses. Your reseller retail prices are yours to set.
Can I use my own brand and domain?
You can build customer experiences around your own business identity. A custom domain is an optional recurring add-on, priced differently for a direct ISP and a reseller account. Domain registration is separate. Domain ownership and the required DNS settings must be verified before a domain can serve your workspace.
Do I pay again for every router or customer?
Flex includes the active PPPoE and router allowances shown above. Extra active accounts and registered routers are billed for the time they are used. Hotspot accounts and staff users are unlimited; Hotspot fees apply to receipts above the included monthly allowance. Reseller client workspaces have a separate activated-ISP allowance.
What counts as an activated ISP?
Activated client ISP workspaces count toward your reseller allowance, including client workspaces you operate yourself. Draft workspaces do not count. Suspended retained client workspaces continue to count until offboarded. Your reseller workspace has its own Flex allowances. Additional client workspace charges are prorated using recorded activation intervals.
Are customer payment and SMS charges included?
Each workspace plan includes its displayed monthly SMS allowance. Additional SMS credits, payment-provider fees, domain registration and any applicable tax are separate. Your selected provider and accepted payment or settlement terms determine those charges. Check your payment and SMS settings before activating customer services.
Does a platform subscription change disconnect my customers?
Subscription or domain restrictions do not disconnect subscriber traffic. Customer service access is handled separately through the subscriber account, its payment status and the connected router.
Can I bring an existing MikroTik network?
Yes. Router adoption lets you review what to retain or replace, protect internet and management connections, and inspect setup evidence. Existing subscriber dependencies and unclear port assignments may require review before changes can proceed. Plan your migration and verify customer connectivity before relying on the new setup.
