    PPPoE billing and subscriber management

Keep home internet accounts, renewals and access together.

Manage broadband subscribers from one place: choose a package, assign the MikroTik router, track invoices and follow each requested service change through to router evidence.

    01

A clear start for every subscriber

Create the customer record, select a broadband package and assign the serving router. Keep contact details accurate so account messages and payment instructions reach the right person.

The subscriber configuration is delivered through the router agent. Installation acknowledgement confirms the account was applied; a customer connection test confirms that the wider internet path is working.

    • Customer and router assignment
    • Package-based speed and validity
    • Credential messages through the configured SMS provider

    02

Renewals without losing the account history

Create invoices, inspect previous invoices and record manually received payments with their operator provenance. Payment links let customers complete supported online checkout.

Verified payments update the ledger and request the associated entitlement change. Keep the invoice, payment and service status visible together when resolving a renewal question.

    03

    Suspend and resume with evidence

Manual suspension retains the customer account while requesting removal of service access. Resume and paid renewal request reconnection through the same controlled subscriber workflow.

A router that has stopped polling cannot receive a new change immediately. Check the latest agent contact and acknowledgement when an account’s desired state differs from the actual connection.

    04

    Migrate authentication thoughtfully

CENTRANET’s router-local subscriber workflow uses the device’s Hotspot accounts and PPP secrets. Existing external RADIUS authentication can hold customer credentials or policies that are not present on the router.

Review those dependencies before replacing authentication. Retain customer records and use a verified migration path for accounts and packages; a network reset is not a substitute for a customer-data migration.

    Plan a safe router migration

    Good questions. Clear answers.

    Let’s clear
    a few things up.

A little clarity goes a long way.

    Ask us something else
Will paying an invoice reconnect a PPPoE customer?

A verified payment can renew the entitlement and queue reconnection. The router must be reachable through its agent and acknowledge the account change. Subscriber traffic still depends on the customer router and the upstream network.

Can I import accounts created directly on MikroTik?

Detected accounts are intended for review before import so their credentials can be preserved and a real billing package assigned. Use the available migration workflow and check its readiness before making device changes.

Can I manage any customer’s Tenda or Huawei router?

Remote customer-equipment management requires supported models, firmware and a configured management service such as an ACS or vendor API. It is not universal based on brand alone.
