Customers see your brand everywhere: the portal, Hotspot page, receipts, SMS and email.

Upload your brand
Brand & domain → Appearance. Add your logo, choose your colours and set your support contacts.
Connect a custom domain
Brand & domain → Domain. Enter a domain or subdomain such as portal.yourisp.co.ke. Add the DNS records shown, and Centranet checks them and issues the certificate.
Brand your messages
Email lets you send from your own domain or SMTP server. SMS uses your approved sender name.
Check the customer journey
Open your portal and Hotspot page on a phone and confirm every screen shows your brand.

Does my domain cost extra?

The white label and custom domain add-on is shown on the Pricing page. Domain registration is separate.

Can I keep my existing website?

Yes. Point a subdomain such as portal.yourisp.co.ke at Centranet and keep your main site where it is.
