    ISP billing software · Ethiopia

A structured start for your Ethiopian internet business.

Build ETB internet packages, manage your MikroTik network and connect an approved Chapa merchant account for hosted checkout. Bring subscriber records, payments and renewals into one workspace.

    Made for your workflow

Treat birr collection as a separate launch requirement

An ETB workspace is not proof of a live Ethiopian payment gateway. Check the available routes below; request any missing provider integration and complete merchant approval before offering payment checkout.

    Made for your workflow

    Connect Chapa for Ethiopian checkout

Use your own approved Chapa merchant account to take ETB payments. Customers complete hosted checkout using the channels enabled on your account; Centranet checks the transaction reference, amount and currency with the provider before applying the receipt. Test one purchase and router activation before your public launch.

    Payment integrations for Ethiopia.

These collection adapters support your workspace currency. Your provider must approve your business, country and payment channels before activation.

    Provider information ↗

Customer communications, with the right route.

Email is the default for account onboarding. International SMS adapters can be configured with your own provider account after confirming coverage for +251 numbers and sender registration.

SMS adapter availability does not guarantee delivery in every network. Confirm destination coverage and sender approval with your chosen provider.

    Let’s clear
    a few things up.

A little clarity goes a long way.

    Ask us something else
Can I bill internet subscribers in ETB?

Yes. Choose Ethiopia during registration to use ETB for workspace subscriber billing. Connect a supported, approved merchant account before accepting online payments. Centranet software subscription invoices are currently issued in KES; these are separate from your subscribers’ bills.

Can I use Centranet’s payment account in Ethiopia?

Use your own supported merchant account for collections today. Platform-managed cross-border collections and payouts are not yet activated for this country. A provider’s advertised coverage does not itself enable your account.

Will I receive an SMS when I create my workspace?

Account onboarding uses email outside Kenya. Check your spam or junk folder if your verification email is not in your inbox. Customer SMS campaigns require a separately configured provider with destination and sender approval.

Can I use my own name, logo and customer portal?

Yes. Workspace branding, customer portals and reseller options are available according to your subscription. Optional white-label and custom-domain charges are shown on the pricing page.
