    ISP billing software · Nigeria

Keep your Nigerian ISP’s next thousand details organised.

Bring NGN subscriptions, MikroTik service management and customer portals into a single workspace. Connect an approved Nigerian merchant account and keep renewals linked to verified receipts.

    Made for your workflow

Connect the merchant account you operate

Compare implemented routes such as Paystack, Flutterwave and IntaSend. Your provider account determines the enabled channels, limits and settlement arrangements; a logo alone does not confirm activation.

Separate home packages from paid Wi-Fi

Use recurring PPPoE packages for regular subscribers and shorter Hotspot offers for visiting users. Assign packages to the relevant routers so one location’s offer is not accidentally sold on another network.

    Payment integrations for Nigeria.

These collection adapters support your workspace currency. Your provider must approve your business, country and payment channels before activation.

Email is the default for account onboarding. International SMS adapters can be configured with your own provider account after confirming coverage for +234 numbers and sender registration.

SMS adapter availability does not guarantee delivery in every network. Confirm destination coverage and sender approval with your chosen provider.

    Good questions. Clear answers.

    Let’s clear
    a few things up.

A little clarity goes a long way.

    Ask us something else
Can I bill internet subscribers in NGN?

Yes. Choose Nigeria during registration to use NGN for workspace subscriber billing. Connect a supported, approved merchant account before accepting online payments. Centranet software subscription invoices are currently issued in KES; these are separate from your subscribers’ bills.

Can I use Centranet’s payment account in Nigeria?

Use your own supported merchant account for collections today. Platform-managed cross-border collections and payouts are not yet activated for this country. A provider’s advertised coverage does not itself enable your account.

Will I receive an SMS when I create my workspace?

Account onboarding uses email outside Kenya. Check your spam or junk folder if your verification email is not in your inbox. Customer SMS campaigns require a separately configured provider with destination and sender approval.

Can I use my own name, logo and customer portal?

Yes. Workspace branding, customer portals and reseller options are available according to your subscription. Optional white-label and custom-domain charges are shown on the pricing page.
