    Made for your workflow

    Design a straightforward customer journey

Use clear Swahili or English package descriptions and a simple checkout. Keep the customer’s country and international phone format consistent when connecting mobile-money and messaging providers.

    Test the selected payment route

Provider support for Tanzania does not mean every mobile network is enabled on every merchant account. Complete a checkout and verify the receipt, currency and access activation before opening sales.

    Connect your business

    Payment integrations for Tanzania.

These collection adapters support your workspace currency. Your provider must approve your business, country and payment channels before activation.

Customer communications, with the right route.

Email is the default for account onboarding. International SMS adapters can be configured with your own provider account after confirming coverage for +255 numbers and sender registration.

SMS adapter availability does not guarantee delivery in every network. Confirm destination coverage and sender approval with your chosen provider.

    Good questions. Clear answers.

    Let’s clear
    a few things up.

A little clarity goes a long way.

    Ask us something else
Can I bill internet subscribers in TZS?

Yes. Choose Tanzania during registration to use TZS for workspace subscriber billing. Connect a supported, approved merchant account before accepting online payments. Centranet software subscription invoices are currently issued in KES; these are separate from your subscribers’ bills.

Can I use Centranet’s payment account in Tanzania?

Use your own supported merchant account for collections today. Platform-managed cross-border collections and payouts are not yet activated for this country. A provider’s advertised coverage does not itself enable your account.

Will I receive an SMS when I create my workspace?

Account onboarding uses email outside Kenya. Check your spam or junk folder if your verification email is not in your inbox. Customer SMS campaigns require a separately configured provider with destination and sender approval.

Can I use my own name, logo and customer portal?

Yes. Workspace branding, customer portals and reseller options are available according to your subscription. Optional white-label and custom-domain charges are shown on the pricing page.
