Manage PPPoE Subscribers, Packages and Renewals

PPPoE suits monthly home and business customers. Centranet creates the account on the router, tracks expiry and renews it when the customer pays.

    1. Add a subscriber

Subscribers → Add subscriber. Enter the name and phone, choose PPPoE, the package and the router. Centranet creates the PPPoE secret on the router and verifies it.

    2. Set expiry and reminders

Each subscriber has an expiry date. Automatic reminders send SMS before and after expiry, with a renewal link.

    3. Renew automatically

When the customer pays, the package renews and the router restores service. No staff action is needed.

    4. Suspend or change speed

Change a package or suspend a subscriber from their profile. Only that customer reconnects. Others are not affected.

    5. Check sessions and usage

The subscriber card shows online status, session history and daily data usage. Online now lists everyone connected.

    Good questions. Clear answers.

    Let’s clear
    a few things up.

A little clarity goes a long way.

    Ask us something else
Can I import existing PPPoE users?

Yes. Read them from the router or import a CSV file. See Migrate to Centranet.

What happens if the router is offline when a customer pays?

The change is queued and applied as soon as the router reconnects.
