Migrate to Centranet from Another ISP Billing System

You can move without disconnecting customers. Import first, compare side by side, and switch billing when everything matches.

    1. Export your customers

Export subscribers from your current system or spreadsheet as CSV. Include name, phone, username, password, package, price and expiry date where you have them.

    2. Import into Centranet

Use the migration tools in Routers (migration centre). Centranet detects the columns, matches packages by name and price, and can create missing packages for you.

    3. Connect in monitor-only mode

Connect your MikroTik so Centranet can read existing PPPoE secrets and Hotspot profiles without changing anything. Compare its list with your import.

    4. Switch billing

When the lists match, take over billing. Centranet adopts the existing accounts on the router, keeps passwords and expiry dates, and starts sending reminders.

      • Customers keep their usernames and passwords
      • Expiry dates carry over
      • A failed step restores the previous configuration
    5. Tell customers how to pay

Send each customer their new payment account number by SMS or WhatsApp.

    Good questions. Clear answers.

    Let’s clear
    a few things up.

A little clarity goes a long way.

    Ask us something else
    Will customers be disconnected?

No. Adoption keeps existing sessions. Only customers whose package changes reconnect.

    Can Centranet help with migration?

Yes. Contact support from your workspace and the team can open your workspace, with your consent, to help.
